Jose Garza, MBA

Jose Garza is the Founder and Director of The School of Real Estate & Professional Development as well as an active real-estate Broker-salesperson in New Jersey. Jose has been practicing, training and leading others to succeed in the real estate business for the past 13 years. As a real estate practitioner, he received many awards including the New Jersey Association of Realtor’s Circle of Excellence Award which honors real estate agents for their productivity in marketing and selling homes.
In 2007, Jose obtained his Broker’s license and was immediately hired to manage a real estate office for a major real estate firm located in Jersey City. Shortly after, he began teaching and quickly realized that he had a passion for teaching and inspiring others to achieve their real estate dreams whether it’s starting a new career or having a desire to purchase and sell homes on their own. Jose believed that The School of Real Estate & Professional Development would serve as his platform to reach his own vision of inspiring and sharing his real estate knowledge and experience with students.
From his humble beginnings in Chicago to his 14 years of corporate experience at AT&T and his achievement of an MBA at Fairleigh Dickinson University, he is honored and privileged to share his passion of Real Estate with you.
